What Makes My Retreats Unique and Authentic
My retreats are an invitation to reconnect with your own rhythm, your essence, and your inner voice. In an intimate setting — often in the serene surroundings of Abcoude, or at carefully chosen retreat locations — you receive personal guidance and space to unwind, release, and listen to what your body and mind truly need.
Different practices such as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, acupuncture, meditation, and Qi Gong come together and naturally complement each other. This combination offers not only relaxation but also deep restoration.
During each retreat, these modalities flow into one another. Yin Yoga helps you soften, open, and release energetic blockages. Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of deep conscious rest where natural healing can take place. Restorative Yoga invites you to fully surrender and let go of tension. Through acupuncture, I support your natural energy flow, helping your system to reset and restore vitality. Meditation and Qi Gong bring together stillness, breath, and gentle movement — an invitation to slow down, feel, and simply be present.
