My Experience & Mission

Fertility lies very close to my heart. I have personally experienced several setbacks, sadness, and endless questions surrounding fertility. It is an intense and often confusing process that can make you doubt everything — your body, yourself, and life itself. Within Chinese medicine, I take a holistic approach: where does energy flow freely, where is there stagnation, and where is there a deficiency or excess that disrupts balance? During my studies, I already knew that women’s health, fertility, pediatrics, and oncology were the areas I wanted to dedicate myself to. Now, I guide women through their fertility journey with gentleness, care, and expertise.

Tijdens mijn studie wist ik al dat vrouwen­gezondheid, fertiliteit, kindergeneeskunde en oncologie de richtingen waren waarin ik me met volle toewijding wilde verdiepen. Nu begeleid ik vrouwen met zachtheid, aandacht en deskundigheid in hun fertiliteitsproces.

What to expect

This one-day retreat invites you to release tension and create space for calm, balance, and renewal in body and mind. We will work with:

  • Qi Gong morning ritual – a gentle practice inspired by the Five Elements to restore your energy and balance
  • Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra – to open the body, relax deeply, and reconnect with your inner rhythm
  • Acupuncture – tailored to your personal needs, supporting balance, energy, and vitality
  • Tools for home – practices and insights to carry the benefits of the retreat into your daily life

Intake & Preparation

Before the retreat, we schedule a 30–45 minute intake (online or in-person) and you fill out a short questionnaire. This allows me to fully tailor the sessions to your personal situation and process.

Each retreat unfolds in its own way — with moments of stillness, connection, and carefully chosen special sessions that align with the group and each participant’s process.
