Mijn liefde voor dans, yoga en de natuur is uitgegroeid tot mijn werk: ik begeleid mensen op een holistische manier terug naar balans, energie en rust.<\/p><p data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1446\">Dans is mijn eerste taal; adem, yoga en acupunctuur kwamen later in mijn leven erbij en vormen nu de kern van mijn praktijk. Over the years, through my studies, internships, 24 years of teaching and coaching experience, and the guidance of my mentors and teachers, my passion has grown to bring everything together holistically \u2014 balancing acupuncture, yoga, and other holistic methods in my treatments, guidance, and retreats.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"986\">I have many years of experience working with children and young people, as a dance and theater teacher, and as a mentor and assistant head at after-school programs and schools. This experience fuels my drive to offer holistic care to younger people as well \u2014 supporting them naturally, without medication, and working with the body\u2019s own self-healing ability.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1478\" class=\"translation-block\">My personal journey, including challenges in my own health, has led me to focus on women\u2019s health, acupuncture, and yoga. I have personally experienced moments of feeling misunderstood by conventional healthcare providers, something many people around me can relate to. We are all unique \u2014 our body, mind, and soul connections carry our own experiences, both mental and physical.
